TRA needed a proper project management solution that can cater their Project Management department needs. For that matter - TRA wanted to roll-out a full end-to-end Project Management Solution which can be utilized to co-ordinate effective and timely delivery of projects conducted in TRA with focus on business objectives and strategic goals. TRA wanted to create an environment where PMI specific methodologies are followed throughout the project to achieve consistency, effectiveness, accuracy and most importantly quality throughout the project deliverables.

The Microsoft Office Project Server Solution integrates leading products, technologies, and services into a customizable solution focused on solving unique business challenges. KalSoft took the chat solution for TRA using Microsoft Solution for Enterprise Project Management. The solution helped TRA in aligning people and systems, drawing business operations closer together.
