National Aluminium Products Company SAOG (NAPCO) was established in 1984 and is one of the leading extruders of Aluminium profiles in the GCC market. Located in the Sultanate of Oman, the manufacturing plant is spread over 65,000 sq meters in the Rusayl Industrial estate.

NAPCO offers a wide range of Aluminium profile extrusions in finishes that suit functional modern design specifications. The company has left its mark on the architectural landscape of the Middle East with its renowned quality products being used in several prominent structures. Their annual production capacity is 42,000 MT, with four state of the art extrusion presses from Europe.

With a consistent focus on innovative designs and high service standards, NAPCO Oman continues their objective to meet customer demands and expectations.


NAPCO were facing issues with their outdated email solution and they also did not have any backup and recovery solution. Keeping in mind their extensive operations, these issues were of critical importance and needed to be resolved urgently. The pace of change in the organization was overwhelming, and it was critical to understand which technologies could support them.
