Telecommunications & Regulatory Authority (TRA) is the most efficient and effective organization in Oman, enabling the provision of world‑class telecommunications services throughout the Sultanate. TRA’s main mission is to set up and implement a fair, flexible, and efficient telecommunications regulatory framework that develops the industry through a market‑driven environment; ensures service accessibility; balances stakeholder interests; and aligns with Vision 2020.
TRA needed a proper project management solution to support its Project Management department. They wanted a full end‑to‑end Project Management Solution to coordinate effective and timely project delivery in line with business objectives and strategic goals. TRA sought an environment where PMI‑specific methodologies were followed to achieve consistency, effectiveness, accuracy, and quality in project deliverables.
