Pakistan Mobile Communications Limited, doing business as Jazz, is a Pakistani mobile network and internet services provider formed by the merger of Mobilink and Warid. It provides a range of services for prepaid and postpaid customers to individual and corporate clients. Its Head Office is located in Islamabad, and the current CEO is Aamir Ibrahim. Jazz is one of the most popular telecom brands in Pakistan and is a complete eco-system for its consumers, offering Jazz Super 4G, Jazz Cash, Jazz Wi‑fi Devices, and much more to facilitate consumers at every touch point.
Prior to Jazz People App, Jazz was facing issues reducing the time and resources required to complete virtually every business process. They wanted to speed up collaboration among teams and promote effective communication through shared, organized data—resulting in better decision-making. Like any other business, Jazz wanted to be more agile in its processes, business operations, and administration. Time-consuming, document-driven activities were a major hurdle. The Jazz People App was designed to resolve issues across multiple functions including News & Announcements, Incident Reporting, Applause, Café Menu, Lost and Found, Tax Certificate, Pay Slip, Experience Letter (with/without salary), Appointment Letter, Provident Fund Statement, Dependent info, Educational Info, Gate Pass Management, Advance Request, Business Card Request, Jazz Flex, Jazz Team, Jazz Elevate, Push Notification, and more.
Jazz People is an application designed to enable Jazz employees to easily and efficiently submit requests and get approvals on the go. With an intuitive structure, user-friendly screens, and simplified navigation, the app automatically extracts your details from the system and forwards your request to the relevant department—making the submission and approval process short and quick. High-impact processes focused on self-service features such as Applause and Jazz Flex have been digitized, ensuring a seamless experience. Once a request is submitted, the app notifies you of your submission and alerts your approving authority about pending approvals—greatly improving response times and allowing for mobile requests and approvals.
