Getz Pharma is an international research-driven, branded generic pharmaceutical company specializing in formulation development, manufacturing, testing, and marketing of a wide range of quality, affordable medicines. It manufactures and markets brands trusted by healthcare professionals around the world. Getz Pharma is the only company whose manufacturing facility in Pakistan is approved by the World Health Organization (WHO) and its Quality Control Laboratory is the first and only in Pakistan to be pre-qualified and approved by WHO.

Additionally, its manufacturing facility is the first and only in Pakistan certified and approved by a member of the Pharmaceutical Inspection Co-operation Scheme (PIC/S), which includes over 50 participating authorities such as the US FDA and the European Medicines Agency. Getz Pharma currently operates in more than 25 countries across South Asia, Central Asia, South East Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.


In today’s disruptive COVID‑19 era, consumers prefer to shop from the safety of their homes, making ecommerce a flexible solution for both businesses and buyers. With advances in technology and changing consumer behavior, it is essential for all businesses to launch their ecommerce stores and benefit from moving online.

Recognizing this trend, Getz Pharma converted the crisis into an opportunity by launching their digital initiative.


KalSoft proposed the D-Sight App – a ticketing system for medical representatives. It features both online and offline functionality; offline data is saved locally in a SQLite database. The app enables medical sales representatives to enter details of their visits—such as medication sold, meeting times, and quantities ordered—to keep track of their visits. Additionally, the app offers operational services that streamline sales operations and provide admin and sales managers with insights into overall sales performance. The automated data capturing system minimizes manual errors and misinterpretations, assisting representatives when reporting on their attendance and work done.


The successful implementation of the D‑Sight App resulted in:
